FAQ's & Guidelines
Our rates include the use of the entire venue unless otherwise specified. Because we only host one event per weekend, we do not offer discounts for Friday weddings.
We do have an old barn on the property that is not available for weddings/events but is perfect for photos. Our packages include any decor that we have.
We are available for reception only or chapel only rental and will be priced based on the client’s individual needs. Contact us for information on those rates.
We do offer a $500 discount for couples who are active military.
The chapel will accommodate approximately 50 guests for indoor ceremonies or 150 outside using the chapel as a beautiful backdrop. The venue barn will seat approximately 150 inside or outside, depending on the seating floor plan. There can be additional seating set up on the two porches, which are covered.
Parking is near the barn but out of the way of event spaces and pictures. There is a 500-feet foot path to the barn. We have a golf cart for guests requiring assistance. We will provide a driver for the golf cart
Conley Creek does have decorations to choose from or you are welcome to provide your own, please note the rules regarding the displaying of decorations in our contract. Open flame candles are not allowed.
There are two restrooms for women and two restrooms for men in the Barn and they are handicap accessible. There are no restrooms in the chapel. Each cabin has two restrooms.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the building at the venue. We ask that you smoke only in designated areas and dispose of any butts in designated containers. This rule will be STRICTLY enforced.
The client is responsible for any and all damages to any and all structures of the venue.
We would be happy to welcome you to Conley Creek and give you a tour. You would just need to contact us to set up a time.
There are 10 parking spots available by the event barn reserved for handicap parking, as well as the ability to drop off at the chapel and barn. The barn is handicap accessible and handicap accessibility can be provided for the chapel upon request.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule, the deposit and any payments may be transferred to a new date if there is an open date available to
If you would like to have your ceremony inside the barn and have it flipped to become your reception, there is a $250 charge. Please note if you do want your ceremony inside, you will have to give us 30-45 minutes before the reception can begin.
Conley Creek will be watching the weather the week before your wedding or outdoor event. If it looks like it is going to rain on your event day, we will make a decision with you regarding moving the ceremony inside. If we need to move inside, we will have guests seated at the round tables with benches set up for family and an aisle for the bride to walk down.
All music must end at 10:00 p.m. on the weekdays and 11:00 p.m. on weekends due to our rural surroundings. We do have adjacent property owners and want to respect their property.
Conley Creek does not provide any catering. You are allowed to use whatever vendors you would like. Catering does include cleanup during and after your event.
Tables And Seating
Conley Creek has round wooden tables with wooden chairs for up to 150 inside the barn. We supply table cloths. Additional tables and seating can be provided for an additional fee.
Alcohol is allowed at Conley Creek provided it is a private event, but it is not provided by the venue. You are responsible for the serving and monitoring of the alcoholic beverages.
Conley Creek requires proof of wedding liability insurance to be purchased within 30 days of the event. We are not responsible for inclement weather or lost or stolen items.
We do allow photos to be taken on a date prior to the wedding if you would like. You would need to contact us to set up a time so we can be prepared for you.
