FAQ's & Guidelines
Rates
Our rates include the use of the entire venue unless otherwise specified. Because we only host one event per weekend, we do not offer discounts for Friday weddings.
We do have an old barn on the property that is not available for weddings/events but is perfect for photos. Our packages include any decor that we have.
We are available for reception only rental if you have your ceremony elsewhere.
We do offer a $500 discount for couples who are active military.
Venue Capacity
The chapel will accommodate approximately 50 guests for indoor ceremonies or 150 outside using the chapel as a beautiful backdrop. The venue barn will seat approximately 150 inside or outside, depending on the seating floor plan. The indoor facility will seat 150 people inside as well.
Parking
Parking is near the barn but out of the way of event spaces and pictures. There is a 500-feet foot path to the barn. We have two golf carts for guests requiring assistance. We will provide a driver for the golf carts.
Decorations
Conley Creek does have decorations to choose from or you are welcome to provide your own, please note the rules regarding the displaying of decorations in our contract. Open flame candles are not allowed unless they are enclosed in glass.

Restrooms
There are three restrooms for women and three restrooms for men in the Barn and they are handicap accessible. There are no restrooms in the chapel. Each cabin has two restrooms.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the building at the venue. We ask that you smoke only in designated areas and dispose of any butts in designated containers. This rule will be STRICTLY enforced.
Damages
The client is responsible for any and all damages to any and all structures of the venue.
Tours
We would be happy to welcome you to Conley Creek and give you a tour. You would just need to contact us to set up a time.
Accessibility
There are 10 parking spots available by the event barn reserved for handicap parking, as well as the ability to drop off at the chapel and barn. The barn is handicap accessible and handicap accessibility can be provided for the chapel upon request.
Cancellations
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule, the deposit and any payments may be transferred to a new date if there is an open date available to
reschedule.
Indoor Ceremonies
If you would like to have your ceremony indoors, we do offer a new indoor facility that seats 150 guests. It is equipped with a sound system and has two restrooms. There is no additional charge to use this facility.
Inclement Weather
Conley Creek will be watching the weather the week before your wedding or outdoor event. If it looks like it is going to rain on your event day, we will make a decision with you regarding moving the ceremony inside. If we need to move inside, we will be using the indoor facility. There is no additional charge for this.
Music
All music must end at 10:00 p.m. due to our rural surroundings. We do have adjacent property owners and want to respect their property.

Catering
Conley Creek does not provide any catering. You are allowed to use whatever vendors you would like. Catering does include cleanup during and after your event.
Tables And Seating
Conley Creek has round wooden tables with wooden chairs for up to 150 inside the barn. We supply table cloths.
Alcohol
Alcohol is allowed at Conley Creek provided it is a private event, but it is not provided by the venue. You are responsible for the serving and monitoring of the alcoholic beverages.
Liability
Conley Creek requires proof of wedding liability insurance to be purchased within 30 days of the event. We are not responsible for inclement weather or lost or stolen items.
Photos
We do allow photos to be taken on a date prior to the wedding if you would like. You would need to contact us to set up a time so we can be prepared for you.
